Correction and apology - Russia’s COVID-19 vaccine
On 1st October 2020 eureporter received an email purporting to come from Dr Natalya Tupota, a senior researcher at the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology VectorTatyana, warning the international community about the threats posed by the COVID-19 vaccine developed by Russia.
We have now been contacted by the Director General of the State Research Centre stating that the email was a fake and that Dr Natalia Tupota had no knowledge of the contents sent to eureporter under her name.
We have therefore removed the story and issue a full apology to Dr Tupota for unwittingly publishing the contents of the article under her name which we now accept was provided by some unidentified individuals.
